In the Workshop of an Artist-Artisan

The great art masters of the past possessed a thousand skills such as marble inlay for the floors of the Cathedral, pot-throwing, gilding, preparing the pigment known as sienna.   All those interested in visiting a different kind of Siena as seen through the eyes of history and art are invited to follow me for a tour likely to lead us to one of the old-world workshops still alive in this city.  Come and meet the artisans up close, and feel free to purchase a piece of their work to take home with you.
